Computer Repair Kelowna - CSR Computer Service & Repair

CSR Computer Service and Repair is locally owned and operated by Bill Henthorn in the Kelowna area. Since moving from Ontario in 2009 Bill remains in the day to day operations of the business while also joining the Joe Rich Fire Department for two years and maintains his First Responders Licence.

Bill brings plenty of years of experience in the computer industry - from his years as a support technician and trainer for Stream, his work with Computers For Kids, to his repair work for On-site Computers all in Belleville, Ontario.

Over the years he has learned that customer service is the most important part of any new or existing business. Without the customers you have no business and it is essential for him to meet the needs of his customers, while at the same time provide them with excellent computer service and repair in Kelowna with professional customer service. Bill also does apple tech support, Laptop repair and much more.

Bill's personal mantra has been, "My customers look to me for great quality and incredible service - and I try to deliver on these expectations every time!". Bill believes that your satisfaction should be guaranteed and stands by that.

​Since opening, CSR Computer Service and Repair has been growing steadily. Since the recent relocation of their offices to a larger facility. Bill has taken on several new clients while also doing website support and bookkeeping for the company. Bill continues the operations on a day to day basis while being a single dad to his kids.

When Bill is not working he can be found volunteering in the community especially coaching his kids in soccer. Over the years Bill has volunteered at Tim Hortons on Camp Day, Wendy's Dreamlift Day, Papa Johns Disneyland Day, Coaching Soccer for over 15 years, and most recently Kelowna Santas.
